To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital products (downloads, PDFs, guides, or other digital content once delivered).
  • Personalised or custom-made items, unless faulty or damaged.
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted clearance products.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer:

7. Exchanges
